# skill-audience-icp

Reach's audience skill. Produces a clear ideal-customer profile and working segments for one domain, so planning and content target real people rather than everyone.

## Behaviour

Trigger: a domain lacks a defined audience, or targeting needs sharpening before a campaign.

Loop:

1. Read the domain's strategy and positioning from Atlas, plus any existing customer data (e.g. madebyneud orders and customers via Shopify).
2. Draft the ICP — who they are, what they want, what they object to, where they pay attention.
3. Break into a small number of actionable segments, each with a message angle and a primary channel.
4. Tie each segment to the KPIs it can move; feed into `skill-gtm-plan` and `skill-content-studio`.

## Reads

The domain's strategy and positioning, customer/order data where it exists, `convention-brand`.

## Guardrails

Keep segments few and actionable — a segment that does not change a channel or a message is not worth holding. Ground profiles in data where it exists; mark assumptions as assumptions. Propose-only.
